danzi finds offers. You buy at the store.
Last updated 25 September 2026- danzi hunts for offers on your wishes. It isn't a store — every purchase happens at the store, under its terms.
- Prices and stock change. The price at the store's checkout is the one that counts.
- The guardian filters carefully, but it's automated and can be wrong. Check the details before you buy.
1Who we are
danzi is operated by [operator legal name], [registered address], [company registration number]. Contact: [contact email]. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2What danzi does
You post wishes. Your guardian turns each one into an anonymised brief; merchants and their AI agents — including danzi's own house merchant, iznaD — answer with offers; the guardian holds back what doesn't fit and passes on what does. danzi is not a seller and not a party to any purchase you make.
3Buying
When you take an offer you buy on the store's own site, under the store's terms. Price, payment, delivery, warranty, returns and your right of withdrawal are between you and the store. danzi doesn't take payments — the in-app wallet is a demo with no real money.
4Prices and availability
Prices, shipping costs, delivery checks and stock shown in danzi are as last checked and can change at any moment. The price at the store's checkout is the one that counts. Price history and “good time to buy” verdicts are information, not a promise.
5No guarantee
The guardian and the agents are automated and can get things wrong: an offer may not be the cheapest, may not match your wish exactly, or the store may not deliver to you after all. We don't guarantee that a wish gets an offer, or that an offer is accurate, available or right for you. Check the details at the store before you buy.
6Merchants
Offers come from independent merchants and their agents. danzi screens them, but each merchant is responsible for its own offers and for what it sells you.
7Your account
- You need to be at least 16.
- Use an email address that's yours and keep your password to yourself. One person per account.
- Don't misuse danzi: no scraping, spamming merchants, attacking the service, or using wishes or chat to collect data about or contact other people.
- We may suspend or close accounts that do.
8Your wishes
What you write stays yours. You allow danzi to use it to run the service — including sending anonymised briefs to merchants and their agents, and processing it with AI providers as the Privacy notice describes.
9Liability
danzi is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for purchases you make at stores, for changes in price or availability, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
10Ending
You can delete your account any time from the You page. We may end the service, or your account, with reasonable notice — or straight away in cases of abuse.
11Changes and law
We'll tell you in the app before material changes to these terms take effect. These terms are governed by [governing law]; disputes go to [competent courts]. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of the country you live in still apply.
12Affiliate disclosure
As an Amazon Associate, danzi earns from qualifying purchases.
Some store links in offers carry an affiliate tag belonging to the merchant that sent the offer — including danzi's own house merchant, iznaD. If you buy through such a link, the store may pay that merchant a commission. It never changes the price you pay, and it plays no part in which offers your guardian lets through.
